Radius Telecoms, Inc. is seeking a payroll and HR operations professional to support end-to-end payroll, compensation administration, and salary adjustments.

The role includes administering benefits, statutory contributions, and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations. You will monitor timekeeping and prepare analyses using Excel, maintaining accurate HRIS data and collaborating with Finance and government agencies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end payroll processing, compensation administration, and salary adjustments.
• Administer employee benefits, HMO, insurance, leave entitlements, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and applicable labor regulations.
• Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and payroll adjustments.
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze payroll, compensation, and HR reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Finance, external providers, and government agencies.
