Job summary

UNIFIN Inc. is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to oversee statutory benefits, maintain HRIS records, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws. The role requires discretion with confidential data and flexibility for occasional fieldwork.

You will manage SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG, coordinate HMO and insurance, and support audits and inquiries. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office; familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Coordinate company-initiated benefits such as HMO and group insurance.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data privacy.
• Monitor leaves (sick and vacation) and ensure proper tracking.
• Assist in audits, compliance checks, and inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
• Liaise with government offices or providers to process documents.
