Bestank Manufacturing Corporation in Valenzuela, Metro Manila, is seeking an on-site HR Assistant to support payroll, government remittances, and staff records. You will coordinate SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and loan documentation, and assist with new-hire processing and contract preparation.

The ideal candidate holds a BSBA HR Development and Management or BS Psychology, demonstrates strong communication, resilience under pressure, and the ability to follow instructions with integrity.

Formación

• Graduate of BSBA HR Development and Management, BS Psychology, or any related business course.
• Strong personality, less emotional and able to follow through direct instruction.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Good moral character.
• Experienced in compensation and benefits.
• Knowledgeable with strong background in HR function.
• Resourceful, dynamic and able to work with minimal supervision under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Assists employees with SSS and HDMF loan applications and related matters.
• Processes SSS loan condonation payments if any.
• Maintains government remittance records (contributions and loans).
• Completes clearance and last pay procedures.
• Assists in replacement of lost/stolen/defective BDO cash cards.
• Prepares Training Agreements for personnel undergoing training.
• Facilitates pre-employment requirements discussion for direct hire and agency personnel.
• Gathers pre-employment requirements and prepares employment contracts for direct hires.
• Prepares ER2 and R1A for newly hired personnel reporting.
• Updates reports and monitors absorbed employee flow from agency.
• Monitors agency employees progressing to union membership.
• Discusses requirements with all newly hired applicants.
• Ensures data files and related lines with SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
• Performs other HR duties as instructed by Payroll Officer/HR Supervisor.
