Job summary

Mangojob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App seeks a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to administer compensation, statutory benefits, and company benefit programs in a fast-paced environment at our Quezon City site.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Finance, and strong Excel/HR system proficiency. You will work with external providers and government agencies to ensure compliant benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR experience preferred.
• Experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR administration.
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and Philippine benefit practices.
• Strong numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and vendor coordination.
• Proficient in Excel and HR systems.
