Job Description

Government Mandated Benefits

• Responsible in processing timely and accurately the following:
• Payroll B
• Consultant
• Yearly 13th Month Pay
• Checking and validation of the following:
• Direct and 3 agencies payroll, billing and yearly 13th month pay
• Provide assistance with the HRD Manager in establishing job levelling and salary pay structure.
• Checking of government mandated benefits such as SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth and TIN.
• Knowledgeable in computation and processing of alpha list and Tax refund.
• Responsible in processing 13th month payroll B.
• Lead the payroll team in the implementation of payroll portal.
• Prepare monthly attendance are for the release of rice incentives.
• Processing of cash advances of employees, including but not limited to:
• Seeking for approval of CFO
• Endorsement to Accounting
• Properly posting to the system
• Monitoring of headcount based on payroll cut-off:
• Direct and agency employees headcount
• Prepare monthly attainment reports.
• Perform cross functional duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits administration, and payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.), and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• With Experience in Alphalist
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
