The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in compensation and benefits, and knowledge of HRIS and HMO processing. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Competenze

• Relevant experience in compensation and benefits, especially in manual payroll.
• Knowledgeable in HRIS and similar platforms.
• Experience in bank transactions and account opening.
• Relevant knowledge in HMO processing.

• Responsible for payroll preparation from timekeeping validation to coordinating with the Finance Team.
• Maintain accurate employee records and compensation files.
• Provide assistance with payroll, benefits, and HR matters.
• Coordinate employee enrollment in health plans and benefits.
