Drim Refrigeration Equipment Corp. is seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator in Laguna to prepare and process payroll, ensure accurate payslips, and coordinate with government contributions. The role requires knowledge of Philippine payroll practices and confidentiality.

The successful candidate will handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG computations, 13th-month pay, and related tax remittances, while maintaining payroll records and supporting HR with attendance and status changes.

Responsible for the preparation and processing of employee payroll, administration of compensation and benefits, computation of statutory contributions and deductions, and maintenance of accurate payroll records in compliance with company policies and applicable Philippine laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Compute salaries, overtime pay, holiday pay, night differential, allowances, incentives, and deductions.
• Prepare and verify employee payslips and payroll summaries.
• Process and monitor SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax computations and remittances.
• Assist in the preparation of 13th-month pay and final pay computations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll and employee compensation records.
• Coordinate with HR regarding attendance, leave, overtime, new hires, resignations, and employee status changes.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll reports and compliance with applicable government requirements.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related course.
• With experience in payroll processing and compensation and benefits administration is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and government-mandated contributions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure
