• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Willingness to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and accuracy.
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding treatment options and insurance coverage.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and required communications.

• Input and update inpatient data in real time.
