Job summary

XMC BPO is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license to support our health services for employees in a dynamic BPO setting. The role requires experience in occupational health, maintaining medical records, and coordinating with clinics and hospitals as needed.

The successful candidate will handle employee health concerns, provide first aid, and respond to medical emergencies, while communicating clearly in a fast-paced environment with DOLE OHNAP certification requirements.
