Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license

BPO or corporate healthcare experience, preferably within a BPO setting

Experience handling employee health concerns, first aid, and medical emergencies

Knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety practices

Experience conducting health assessments and maintaining medical records

Ability to coordinate with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers when needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and respond effectively in a fast-paced BPO environment

Has active OHNAP certification. It is required by DOLE.
