About you

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license

BPO or corporate healthcare experience, preferably within a BPO setting

Active OHNAP certification (required by DOLE)

Experience handling employee health concerns, first aid, and medical emergencies

Knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety practices

Experience conducting health assessments and maintaining medical records

Ability to coordinate with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Actual experience working as a nurse in a BPO/corporate setting preferred
