Job summary

Changhong Technology PHL Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Registered Nurse (PRC licensed) to provide frontline medical care for employees at our Santo Tomas site. The role covers first aid, medical administration, health assessments, and coordination with healthcare providers in line with DOLE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (PRC license).
• Preferably with OHNAP membership.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid treatment and emergency medical assistance to employees.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor employee health conditions.
• Assist employees in obtaining medical attention and coordinate with healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular health check-ups and medical assessments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records.
• Ensure compliance with pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical exams.
• Support Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) initiatives in line with OHNAP and DOLE guidelines.
• Conduct health and safety training, including emergency preparedness drills.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend preventive measures.
• Organize vaccination drives, health education, and wellness campaigns.
• Provide counseling on lifestyle, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Promote occupational health practices and employee well-being.
• Prepare and submit medical reports to DOLE (monthly, semi-annual, annual).
• Process medical certificates, accident reports, and fit-to-work documentation.
• Coordinate with HR on medical leaves and employee wellness programs.
