Job summary

TeleDial Call Center Incorporated is seeking a Company Nurse to provide basic healthcare services to employees in a fast-paced BPO setting. The nurse will respond to medical concerns, maintain health records, and support wellness programs onsite in Pasig City.

Qualified candidates are Registered Nurses in the Philippines with OHNAP certification and an active PRC license. Prior company nurse or occupational health experience is preferred, and the role is 5 hours per day, 5 days a week with fixed

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the Philippines with current PRC registration.
• OHNAP certification is required.
• Experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse is preferred.
• Experience in BPO, corporate, or fast-paced workplaces is an advantage.
• Proficient in basic first aid and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees.
• Conduct initial health assessments and offer appropriate care.
• Monitor and document employee consultations and medical incidents.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records accurately.
• Administer basic medications per company policy.
• Oversee the company clinic, supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate with hospitals and physicians for further care.
• Assist in managing workplace accidents and emergencies.
• Support health and wellness initiatives and programs.
• Provide health education and guidance to staff.
• Assist HR in implementing health and safety policies.
• Prepare medical reports and ensure compliance with OH&S requirements.

About the Role

TeleDial is looking for a Company Nurse who will be responsible for providing basic healthcare services and medical assistance to employees within our workplace.

The Company Nurse will help promote employee health and safety, respond to workplace medical concerns, maintain health records, and support the implementation of workplace health and wellness programs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees who become ill or experience workplace injuries

• Conduct initial assessment of employee health concerns and provide appropriate care or recommendations

• Monitor and document employee consultations, treatments, and medical incidents

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records

• Administer basic medications and treatments as appropriate and within company policy

• Monitor and maintain the company clinic, medical supplies, and equipment

• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and other healthcare providers when further medical attention is required

• Assist in managing workplace accidents and medical emergencies

• Support employee health and wellness initiatives

• Conduct health monitoring activities and assist with health-related programs

• Provide health education and guidance to employees when appropriate

• Assist HR and management in implementing workplace health and safety policies

• Prepare medical reports and documentation as required

• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN)in the Philippines

• Must be OHNAP certified

• Valid and active PRC license

• Previous experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or similar role is preferred

• Experience in a BPO, corporate, or fast-paced workplace environment is an advantage

• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee medical information

• Proficient in basic computer applications

• Independent Contractor - 5 hours per day, 5 days a week, fixed weekends off

• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
