Job summary

DELFI MARKETING, INC. is seeking a qualified Company Nurse to support employee health and safety in the Philippines. The role involves administering first aid, coordinating referrals, maintaining medical records, and organizing annual health examinations for all staff.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing and a valid PRC license. Knowledge of DOLE/DOSH requirements and strong documentation skills are essential. Willingness to work in Eastwood, Quezon City is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for all employees.
  • Coordinate medical referrals, hospitalization, and emergency transport when necessary.
  • Maintain all employee's medical records.
  • Schedule and assist annual medical examinations of all employees.
  • Conduct an inventory of medicines and other supplies every month.
  • Assist in implementing employee wellness programs, vaccination drives, health awareness campaigns, and disease prevention initiatives.
  • Monitor employees with occupational illnesses, work restrictions, or medical conditions requiring follow-up.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program.
  • Maintain occupational health records and ensure confidentiality of employee medical information.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and submit health-related reports required by the DOLE and other government agencies.
  • Support compliance with applicable provisions of the OSH Standards and other labor regulations.
  • Participate in workplace inspections, safety audits, hazard identification, and risk assessment activities.
  • Coordinate with the Safety Officer, HR Department, and OSH Committee regarding workplace health concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing.

  • Must have a valid Philippine Registered Nurse license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission.

  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, Occupational Safety and Health Standards, and DOLE compliance requirements.

  • Must possess a valid Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certificate accredited by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) or an authorized training organization.

  • Experienced in preparing and submitting occupational health reports, clinic reports, and other regulatory documentation

  • At least one (1) year of experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or related healthcare position; experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

  • Strong skills in report preparation, documentation, record management, and regulatory compliance.

  • Willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
