Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the company premises, ensuring only authorised personnel and visitors are permitted entry

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including building interiors, exteriors, and parking areas to detect any suspicious activity or security breaches

• Maintain detailed logs of all incidents, visitors, and security-related events throughout your shift

• Respond promptly to security alarms and investigate any unauthorised access or disturbances

• Check and verify identification documents of employees, contractors, and visitors entering the premises

• Report any suspicious behaviour, safety hazards, or security concerns to management immediately

• Perform bag and vehicle checks as required by company security protocols

• Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with emergency services when necessary

• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate courteous conduct with all employees and visitors

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Valid security guard licence or certification as required by local regulations in the Philippines

• Previous experience working as a security guard or in a similar security role

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods

• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends

• Knowledge of basic emergency procedures and first aid training (preferred)
