Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure company premises, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
• Conduct routine patrols to ensure safety, prevent unauthorized access, and uphold facility rules.
• Check and verify identification, visitor logs, and vehicle entries as needed.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and unusual situations in a calm and efficient manner.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and submit them to the immediate supervisor.
• Assist employees, clients, and visitors with inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Enforce company regulations and safety policies.
• Coordinate with management and law enforcement when required.
• Maintain vigilance and situational awareness during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and mentally alert.
• Willing to work shifting schedules (day, night, weekends, and holidays).
• At least 6 months of experience as a security guard.
• Preferably a criminology graduate or with related academic background.
• Must possess a valid security license and required clearances.
