Overview

We are seeking a vigilant, responsible, and professional Watchman / Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our residential and commercial premises. The ideal candidate will be proactive, observant, and capable of managing access, responding to incidents, and maintaining a secure environment for tenants, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises via patrols and CCTV surveillance.
• Control access at gates and entrances; log visitors and deliveries.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Perform regular security checks on doors, windows, equipment, and access points.
• Enforce building rules and maintain order within the premises.
• Prepare accurate and detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Assist tenants, staff, and guests with inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Ensure fire exits and emergency pathways are unobstructed.

Minimum Education

• High school diploma or equivalent or higher

Work Experience

• Previous experience in security or watchman roles

Physical Fitness

• Physically able to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods.
• Capable of handling minor physical tasks or emergencies.

Communication Skills

• Able to speak and write clearly in English/Filipino
