Job summary

Beyond Horizon Group is seeking a LIVE Operations Specialist to oversee the operational side of Alta Sports’ live-streaming activities, ensuring that live content is scheduled, configured, monitored, and delivered smoothly through the platform.

The role requires hands-on CMS and live-streaming experience, the ability to coordinate with production, technical, content, and editorial teams, and the resilience to perform under pressure during events, including flexible hours when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in CMS, live-streaming, streaming media, or digital broadcast operations (2–3 years).
• Hands-on experience with managing live-streaming platforms or CMS.
• Experience with live sports broadcasts preferred.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in CMS, live-streaming, streaming media, or digital broadcast operations.
• Hands-on experience managing live-streaming platforms or CMS is required.
• Experience working with live sports broadcasts is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with live-stream scheduling, content management, metadata, and monitoring.
• Basic understanding of streaming technologies and troubleshooting.
• Able to work under pressure during live events.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience with digital media or sports platforms is an advantage.
