Lotus Central Mall, Inc. is seeking a proactive role to manage community partnerships, coordinate events, assist merchants, and generate leads for Stadium Shopping Strip. This position directly contributes to stronger community ties, higher venue utilization, and business growth.

You will engage with workshop instructors and community partners, convert leads into bookings, and support onboarding. On-site work, including weekends/holidays, is required to execute mall events and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business or a related field.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, or Events is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to work on-site and support events, including weekends and holidays when required.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and build relationships with Workshop Instructors and community partners.
• Generate, manage, and convert leads into bookings and clients.
• Respond to walk-in, online, and referred inquiries.
• Support Koncepto Bazaar merchants through onboarding and coordination.
• Facilitate partnership documentation and MOA signing.
• Coordinate venue, studio, and sports arena bookings.
• Help execute mall events, community programs, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate client records, databases, and reports.
• Build strong relationships with merchants, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support initiatives that increase venue occupancy and revenue.
