Job summary

Festival Supermall, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive mall occupancy and revenue by sourcing prospective tenants, negotiating lease terms, and managing tenant relationships across the property.

This role coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely fit-outs and store openings while monitoring lease compliance and performance. The successful candidate will conduct market research, build strong tenant relationships with brokers, prepare leasing reports, forecasts and presentations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business/real estate field is required.
Strong knowledge of commercial and retail leasing principles.
Experience in lease negotiation and contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

Prospect and secure new tenants to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Conduct market research and identify leasing opportunities.
Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with tenants and brokers.
Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Marketing teams for tenant openings.
Monitor lease renewals, expirations, and tenant performance.
Ensure compliance with lease agreements and company policies.
Prepare leasing reports, forecasts and presentations for management.
Assist in developing strategies to improve tenant mix and maximize rental income.
Represent the company during site inspections, leasing events, and client meetings.
