Job summary

World Vision International invites applications for a Programme Officer I based in Albay, Luzon, Philippines. You will lead the design, implementation and monitoring of community initiatives promoting environmental resilience, sustainable livelihoods, and child wellbeing, coordinating with local government and partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field, at least 2 years NGO experience, and strong facilitation and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development or related field.
• At least 2 years of NGO program experience.
• Experience with LGUs, churches, and community-based partners.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, implementation and monitoring of community-based programs.
• Coordinates with local stakeholders, government agencies and partners.
• Monitors targets, timelines, budget and reporting (SOI/CESP).
• Facilitates community planning and sponsorship activities.
• Ensures safeguarding policies and staff development.
