Job summary

Benifex Limited, a fast-growing technology company delivering online reward and benefits solutions, is hiring a Communication Specialist in the Engagement Studio team in Cebu to manage communications for a portfolio of customers.

You will write across UK and US English, create content for brochures, emails and campaigns, collaborate with designers and consultants, and ensure timely delivery while building strong client relationships in a fast-moving, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of customers to communicate with their employees, liaising with departments and stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs and deliver copy, content and communication plans and make recommendations based on customer needs. Own the execution of communication plans, providing communications troubleshooting support to our customers along the way.
• Creating and reviewing a huge range of communications. You'll typically be creating content for brochures, posters, email campaigns, videos, leaflets, system-generated content, and well as organising virtual webinars and working with our suppliers to deliver merchandise, video and print.
• Follow our delivery and quality processes to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of communications.
• Collaborate with our team of Communication Consultants on our most strategic customers, and with our in-house design team to bring your work to life.

Role Overview

As a Communication Specialist in the Engagement Studio team, you will be responsible for the communication delivery and account management of your portfolio of customers. The employer brands, communication plans and campaigns you help to create will help thousands of employees access the technology that helps them make life-changing decisions about their employee benefits. Our Communication Specialists work closely with the rest of the Engagement Studio team, as well as other delivery teams in the business, to deliver high-quality communication.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of customers to communicate with their employees, liaising with departments and stakeholders across the business on a day-to-day basis to support your accounts and customers.
• Talk with our customers to understand their needs and deliver top-notch copy, content and communication plans and make recommendations based on customer needs. Own the execution of communication plans, providing communications troubleshooting support to our customers along the way.
• Creating and reviewing a huge range of communications. You'll typically be creating content for brochures, posters, email campaigns, videos, leaflets, system-generated content, and well as organising virtual webinars and working with our suppliers to deliver merchandise, video and print.
• Follow our delivery and quality processes to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of communications.
• Collaborate with our team of Communication Consultants on our most strategic customers, and with our in-house design team to bring your work to life.

What are we looking for?

• Have proven communications experience and be able to demonstrate writing experience across a wide breadth and depth of styles in UK and US English. Ideally, that experience would be from an Internal Communication, Communication Specialist or Marketing role;
• Client-facing account management
• Be a keen writer with a love of content;
• Have experience in account management or in a customer-facing role;
• Have a keen eye for detail and be ruthlessly organised;
• Be able to work with multiple stakeholders and departments, both internally and externally;
• Be comfortable working in a fast-moving and occasionally pressurised environment and able to demonstrate high levels of autonomy.
• Experience in the Technology/SAAS market is a plus!
