- Experience in client-facing account management.
- Writer with ability to tailor content for different audiences.
Responsibilities
- Support a portfolio of customers, coordinating with departments to manage accounts.
- Capture customer needs and deliver copy, content and communication plans; own execution.
- Create and review brochures, posters, emails, videos, leaflets, and webinars; coordinate with suppliers.
- Follow delivery and quality processes to ensure accurate communications.
- Collaborate with Communication Consultants and in-house design to realise campaigns.
