Benifex is a fast-moving technology company delivering online reward and benefits solutions globally. We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Consultant to lead strategic communications for a diverse client portfolio and drive exceptional customer experiences.

You will work with a collaborative team of consultants, copywriters, and designers to craft campaigns, manage client onboarding, and contribute to growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver strategic communication plans and proposals for customers.

• Support a portfolio of long-standing customers as rewards programs grow.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Consultants to meet customer needs.
• Advocate for employee experience and maintain positive customer NPS.
• Secure additional revenue from one-off communication proposals.

Role Overview

As a Communication Consultant in the Communications team, you’ll be providing strategic communication services for a portfolio of customers across all business sectors. The employer brands, communication plans and campaigns you create will help thousands of employees access the technology that helps them make life-changing decisions about their employee benefits. Our Consultants work closely with the rest of the Communication team to deliver high-quality communication and with wider members of projects teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver strategic communication plans and proposals that address our customers challenges and meet their needs with creativity.
• Oversee the delivery of your projects through the Communications team, and are responsible for the final quality and creative output.
• Successfully onboard our customers and their employees onto our technology, including developing unique brand identities.
• Support a portfolio of long-standing customers with their communications needs as their reward and benefits schemes grow.
• Work closely with a team of Project Managers and Consultants to come up with the right solutions to meet the needs of your customers.
• Evidence an employee-first attitude and advocate for the employee experience.
• Maintain a positive customer NPS.
• Secure additional revenue from one-off communication proposals.

What are we looking for?

• Communications consultancy - providing customers with strategic and tactical guidance on communications and branding.
• Teamwork - we're a collaborative team of consultants, copywriters and designers who all work together for the best outcome.
• Customer management - this is a global role that involves managing a number of complex customers with large global portfolios.
• Confidence - this role involves presenting to customers and sometimes the team internally.
