Job summary

A leading hydroponics company is hiring for a Commissary Sales and Operations Associate to run wholesale face-to-face sales at our Manila stall. The role covers the night shift rush, negotiating bulk deals with off-take buyers, managing inventory, and ensuring on-site order fulfillment from our farms.

You will engage in face-to-face negotiations, secure large-volume buyers, and coordinate with a sales and accounting team to complete orders, while maintaining a high standard of hygiene and stall

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in wet market sales, FMCG wholesale, or similar.
• Strong negotiation, customer management, tracking and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Gen: pitch to and secure large-volume buyers at the wholesale level.
• Negotiation: conduct face-to-face negotiations to maximize sales and build buyer relationships.

Job Summary:

We are a leading hydroponics company looking for a trustworthy, high-stamina Sales & Operations Specialist to run our wholesale face-to-face sales in Divisoria Market.

You will handle the night-shift rush, negotiate bulk deals with large off-take buyers,

manage inventory, and ensure smooth order fulfillment straight from our farms and

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Gen: Pitch to and secure large-volume buyers (restaurants,

caterers, wholesalers) who visit our location to buy directly from our commissary

or sell produce directly on-site.

Negotiation: Conduct face-to-face negotiations to maximize sales volume and

build long-term buyer relationships. There will be a sales and accounting team to

provide you with support you need to complete sales and orders.

Operations & Fulfillment: Receive nightly produce shipments, set up the

workspace, and accurately fulfill bulk orders.

Inventory & Cash Management: Track stock levels daily to minimize waste,

handle and process electronic payments (GCash, bank transfers).

Workspace Maintenance: Keep the stall and inventory area clean, organized,

and hygienic.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years in wet market (palengke) sales, FMCG wholesale, or
