RetailWise (Euroasia Research Experts Inc.) is seeking a Farm Operations Assistant to oversee daily production and inventory activities at our Quezon City site. This on-site position supports the production line, maintains freshness of produce, and enforces food safety and quality standards.

Fresh graduates are welcome, or applicants with up to 1 year in FMCG or warehouse roles. A relevant bachelor's degree is required; strong organizational and analytical skills are essential to manage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily farm production and processing activities, including production planning, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Monitor and manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods with accurate records.
• Support receiving, storage, and dispatch of farm products and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, GMP, sanitation, and operational standards; prepare improvement reports.

Job Description

The Farm Operations Assistant oversees, monitors, and coordinates daily production activities and inventory-related processes to ensure efficient farm operations. The role supports the production line by helping maintain the availability of fresh produce and value-added products while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily farm production and processing activities, including production planning, scheduling, and workflow management to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment.
• Support the receiving, storage, and dispatch of farm products while identifying and resolving production and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, GMP, sanitation, and operational standards, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Statistics , Industrial Engineering, B usiness Administration, Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Business Management
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or with 1 year work experience in FMCG or Warehouse.
• Knowledge of inventory management and production operations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Libis.
