Responsibilities

• Purchase mainly seafood and supplies from wet markets and farms.
• Negotiate prices with vendors for cost efficiency.
• Inspect products to ensure freshness and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase mainly seafood and other supplies from wet markets, bagsakan, and farms.
• Visit palengke, bagsakan, and farm suppliers daily or as scheduled to check product availability and quality.
• Negotiate prices with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
• Inspect products to ensure freshness, quality, and proper quantity.
• Coordinate with fishermen, farmers, and suppliers for regular supply and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and submit purchase reports, receipts, and inventory records.
• Monitor market price trends to ensure competitive purchasing.
• Arrange transportation and proper handling of goods to prevent damage or spoilage.
