• Capable of reading and following standard recipes and portions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation for dishes as directed by senior chefs.

• Monitor ingredient levels and communicate needs for ordering ingredients.
• Contribute to development of new menu items with input on flavors and textures.
