Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Relationship Manager for Institutional Banking in Manila. You will originate, develop, review and manage loan portfolio relationships, cross-sell bank products, and drive client satisfaction across corporate segments.

You will engage clients from various industries, understand their banking needs, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value and growth for the Institutional Banking sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager / Account Officer / Credit Analyst in the banking industry.
• Experience in handling commercial/corporate clients.
• Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis.
• Good communication skills, adept in managing client relationships and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
