Job summary

RCBC is seeking a skilled banking professional to generate new commercial loans and grow a robust loan portfolio. You will evaluate credit, analyze client capacity, and maintain strong relationships while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Ideal candidates have a degree in economics/business/accounting or commerce, and MBA is preferred. Two years in banking or five years in related industries, plus strong MS Office, marketing, and communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Two years banking experience or five years in other industries.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong marketing/presentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and ocular inspections.
• Recommend credit facilities in line with Bank policies by analyzing client business, financial capacity, management, collateral, and profitability.
• Improve loan portfolio quality and maximize return on resources.
• Solicit credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets and marketing bank products; tailor financial packages to client needs.
• Develop and deepen relationships with prime accounts; review facilities annually for suitability and growth.
