Job summary

RCBC is seeking a finance professional to generate new commercial loans, develop existing portfolios, and provide professional account management. The role focuses on growing profitability while maintaining asset quality, with strong emphasis on client relationships and adherence to bank policies.

The candidate should have a degree in Economics/Business/Accounting/Commerce (MBA preferred) and be proficient in MS Office, with solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting or Commerce is required.
• MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred.
• Two years banking experience or five years in other industries.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong marketing and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial loans and develop the loan portfolio.
• Conduct credit evaluations including client calls and ocular inspections.
• Recommend credit facilities in line with bank policies and client analysis.
• Market bank products and services within policy and regulatory bounds.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
