DEVELOPMENT STRATEGISTS INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING INC. is seeking a Commercial Printing Manager to lead the growth of our printing business in the Philippines.

You will manage operations from prepress to delivery, develop sales strategies to win new clients and expand existing accounts, and oversee profitability and client relationships. The role requires 3–5 years in commercial printing or related fields, strong leadership, budgeting, and negotiation skills, and a network of corporate clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial printing, sales, or business management.
• Knowledge of end-to-end commercial printing processes.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and profitability management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing a commercial printing business (preferred).
• Established network of corporate clients and printing suppliers (preferred).
• Experience in business expansion and revenue growth (preferred).
