The role will oversee printing operations, financial performance, strategic planning, commercial coordination, and business growth, while ensuring efficient execution across prepress, press, and post-press activities.

This opportunity is suitable for experienced Printing Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Production Heads, Operations Heads, or General Managers who are ready to take broader ownership of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall printing, production, commercial coordination, and administrative operations.

• Oversee end-to-end prepress, press, finishing, and post-press workflows.

• Drive production efficiency, quality, turnaround time, cost control, and resource utilization.

• Manage budgets, CAPEX, OPEX, and overall operational and financial performance.

• Establish KPIs and monitor business and production performance.

• Lead strategic planning, process improvement, and operational initiatives.

• Maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, contractors, and business partners.

• Support business development, new market opportunities, and revenue growth.

• Oversee requirements for private-sector and government bidding opportunities.

• Lead department heads and cross-functional teams toward business targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in printing or closely related manufacturing operations.

• Strong hands‑on knowledge of printing processes, machinery, materials, inks, and production workflows.

• Leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Production Head, Manufacturing Manager, or equivalent senior role.

• Strong experience in budgeting, cost management, operational KPIs, and business planning.

• Experience in government or private bidding is highly preferred.

• Exposure to business development, client management, or commercial growth initiatives is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Biñan, Laguna.
