Responsibilities

• Conduct briefings before every shift to drive focus on key metrics and adherence to contract compliance
• Prepare notes from huddle meetings and share with the team
• Compile and share team performance data with the client
• Interact with the client and inform the team of updates and changes
• Review performance on key processes and conduct RCA to improve quality
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance presentations for the manager and client
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure flawless project delivery
• Coordinate with WFM on forecast and staffing needs
• Organize team engagement activities and promote morale
• Identify opportunities for automation and support automation initiatives
