Job summary

Global Pacific Support is seeking experienced Insurance Agents skilled in EZLynx to join our growing team in the Philippines. You will handle insurance processes with precision, maintain high service standards, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while working remotely.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of training others on EZLynx features while managing onboarding, renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Insurance Agent, preferably in U.S.-based insurance operations.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with EZLynx including quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation.
• Ability to train and demonstrate EZLynx features clearly and effectively to management and team members.
• Strong understanding of insurance workflows, including client onboarding, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex system processes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a remote setup.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a fully functional home office setup.
