Private Advertiser seeks a Commercial Finance Manager to oversee business development, sales and financial performance. You will manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure profitability across projects.

Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquisitions and market expansion.
Negotiating favourable terms with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Participate in tender processes
Review property lease agreements
Prepare presentations for the executive team
Participate in annual commercial renewal processes - including insurance, property and banking requirements
Overseeing budgets, expenses, and pricing strategies to ensure projects remain financially viable.
Identifying and mitigating potential commercial risks associated with projects and initiatives.
Monitoring project progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and resolving any commercial issues that arise.
Analysing sales, marketing, and financial data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in accountancy (CPA), Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related
field.
With 10+ plus years of experience in a similar role is required
Strong knowledge of business trading terms and conditions, customer contracts & Australian property
leases
Australian insurance requirements and undertaking the insurance renewal process
P&L Budgeting and Forecasting
Business Unit Profit and Loss Analysis
Developing customer pricing and rates
Providing customer profitability analysis
Excellent financial modelling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to interpret large amounts of financial data and covert to financial information for business unit
managers.
Develop break even analysis of customers
Previous exposure to Australian business practices or experience working with international
organisations is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Sound financial acumen.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.
Must be willing to work in a full-time working on-site arrangement
Must be willing to work in a Morning Shift
Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City
