Job summary

Procter & Gamble Philippines is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager in Manila (MANILA NET PARK OFFICE). You will partner with Brand, Sales, Supply and Category teams to drive strategic decisions and commercial outcomes.

You will lead financial analysis on pricing, promotions, mix, and customer investments, own forecasting and performance tracking, and provide data-driven insights to unlock growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Category Finance, Supply chain Finance, FP&A, or Business Finance
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer, or similarly dynamic industries is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial data
• Willing to work in either Taguig or Cabuyao
