Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; professional qualifications preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Leadership experience, with exposure to strategic business partnering.
• Experience in a multinational environment; exposure to automotive, retail, or distribution sectors is advantageous.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; able to partner with senior leaders.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, variance analysis, and reviews to identify risks and profitability drivers.

• Lead and develop the commercial finance team and drive governance, reporting enhancements, and tech adoption.

In this role, you will lead the commercial finance function and serve as a trusted financial partner to the Philippines leadership team. You will be responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making to support sustainable business growth and profitability. The position plays a critical role in translating financial data into actionable insights, enabling informed commercial decisions and operational excellence across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize financial performance, strengthen governance, and deliver both short-term business objectives and long-term strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, providing commercial insights, scenario analysis, and financial guidance to support key decisions and business growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis, delivering actionable recommendations and financial insights to improve business outcomes.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs, variance analysis, and performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and profitability drivers across the organization.
• Support commercial decision-making through pricing analysis, investment evaluations, revenue optimization initiatives, and data-driven insights for stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the commercial finance team while driving process improvements, reporting enhancements, financial governance, and technology adoption to improve efficiency and decision support.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or Finance Leadership roles, with exposure to strategic business partnering and performance management.
• Experience in a multinational environment is preferred, with exposure to the automotive, retail, or distribution sectors considered an advantage.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
