Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Excellence leader to drive analytics, BI and sales effectiveness across Indonesia and Philippines. You will own the end-to-end BI roadmap, develop executive dashboards in Power BI, and partner with Marketing, Finance, IT and Sales to raise data quality, adoption and impact.

You will lead cross-market analytics, governance and decision support in a fast-paced SEA environment, enabling sharper growth strategies and more informed field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; minimum 6 years in Commercial Excellence, analytics, or related roles.
• Experience leading people and delivering through direct reports.
• Power BI solutions development and data visualization for commercial KPIs.
• Experience with CRM governance and data management; familiarity with Veeva, Salesforce or MS Dynamics is advantageous.
• Professional fluency in English and Thai; cross-market collaboration across SEA is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end BI roadmap for Indonesia and Philippines, translating priorities into a practical plan.
• Develop and maintain executive-ready Power BI dashboards integrating sales, CRM, customer, product and territory data.
• Move beyond descriptive reporting to diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive insights for action.
• Frame commercial questions, test hypotheses and translate analysis into clear business decisions.
• Build reusable analytics for demand forecasting, account prioritization, territory optimization and incentive effectiveness.
• Establish data governance, model monitoring and cross-functional collaboration to ensure data quality.
