Johnson & Johnson in the Philippines is recruiting a Data Process Lead for the Global Services, Data Strategy and Insights team. You will drive data pipelines, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions across the enterprise.

This role partners with business, technology, and AI teams to improve decision-making and experiences for customers and employees, reporting to the Director of Data Strategy & Insights.

Formación

• 6–8 years in data, reporting and analytics development.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, and integration.
• Experience translating business challenges into data/AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data, including metadata and APIs.
• Ability to define data-quality acceptance criteria and validate data fitness.
• Proficiency in data analysis/visualization tools is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data workstreams for Global Services and SCS initiatives.
• Assess impacts and risks, and propose mitigation plans.
• Collaborate to build data catalogs, lineage, quality rules, and security.
• Design, build and optimize data pipelines for reporting/analytics.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and data-driven improvements.
• Maintain inventory of data assets and dashboards; recommend future solutions.
