Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Commercial Excellence, SFE, business intelligence, analytics, strategy or related commercial role.
• Experience leading people and delivering through direct reports.
• Hands-on Power BI development including data modelling, Power Query and DAX.
• CRM and commercial data governance; exposure to Veeva, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
• SQL knowledge; forecasting; predictive modelling; Python or R is a plus.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, distributor-led model preferred.
• Professional fluency in English and Thai; cross-SEA working.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Excellence and partner with market leaders to translate SEA priorities into a roadmap, governance cadence and execution plan.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to market and business unit leaders, bringing evidence-based perspective to growth choices.
• Lead, coach and prioritize the work of direct reports; build analytics and commercial operations capability.
• Establish cross-market ways of working while considering distributor models and data maturity.
• Own end-to-end BI roadmap for SEA markets, including dashboards and data integration.
• Develop executive-ready Power BI dashboards with internal and external data for decision-making.
• Frame questions, test hypotheses, quantify opportunities and translate analysis into action.
