EPEC Group is seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist to support their Engineering division with contract review, risk assessment, and governance across engagements. You will bridge technical teams and senior leadership to clarify and mitigate commercial risks in consulting and professional services agreements.

The role emphasizes governance, approvals, and documentation, including development of templates and summaries, within a hybrid work setup based in BGC, Taguig.

Formación

• Experience in contract advisory or commercial roles within engineering, construction, energy, or electrical contracting industries.
• Understanding of commercial risk provisions in consulting and professional services agreements.
• Ability to articulate contractual risk to technical teams and governance channels.
• Working knowledge of contract governance, delegations of authority, approvals, and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and multitasking.
• Bachelor-level qualification in business, commerce, law, or related field is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Review client-issued and supplier-issued terms, including engineering consulting agreements, professional services agreements, and NDAs.
• Analyze liability, indemnities, insurance, IP, warranties, and dispute resolution; draft amendments and positions.
• Identify provisions exceeding risk tolerances and escalate with recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate internal reviews and approvals per Delegations of Authority and ensure proper execution.
• Maintain contract records and manage documentation in DMS.
• Develop templates, checklists, and process guidance; prepare contract summaries for stakeholders.
