Qualifications

• Experience in contract drafting for EPC projects (FIDIC-based) and owner-side risk protection.
• Strong negotiation skills across cross-border deals and multinational contractors.
• Proven ability to plan and execute strategic sourcing for large-scale capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract strategy and drafting for EPC, equipment supply, and LTSAs.
• Structure risk allocation, liability, and payment regimes to protect Owner’s position.
• Manage post-award variations, notices, and interface with project teams.
