Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in commercial banking, corporate banking, relationship management, credit evaluation, or lending is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities and grow client relationships.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, credit risk management principles, and BSP guidelines is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of commercial banking clients through relationship management and business development activities.
• Identify, source, and acquire new loan and deposit relationships to meet portfolio growth targets.
• Evaluate credit applications and conduct thorough financial and credit analysis of prospective and existing borrowers.
• Prepare Credit Recommendation and Approval Memoranda (CRAM) and other credit assessment documents for approval.
• Present credit proposals and account recommendations to credit committees and approving authorities.
• Conduct client visits and business inspections to validate operations, assess risks, and strengthen client relationships.
• Monitor the financial condition and performance of borrowing clients and recommend appropriate actions when needed.
• Perform portfolio reviews and identify early warning signs on potentially problematic accounts.
• Coordinate with Legal, Collections, Asset Recovery, and other support units in managing delinquent or high-risk accounts.
• Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests while delivering excellent relationship management and advisory support.
• Provide regular portfolio updates, business opportunities, and account performance reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
