The position involves overseeing accounts management, pre-opening rules, and daily supervision of agencies, with a focus on timely reporting and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property, hotel, or restaurant settings, property management, or tenant relations.
• Technical or engineering background is a plus.
• College graduate (preferably HRM, management or engineering).
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications; good oral and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Commercial area housekeeping and sanitation including common areas, admin offices, and facilities.
• Facility management via regular checks on building facilities.
• Perform safety audits and act as Safety Officer of the commercial area.
• Coordinate with LGU for events and third-party contractors; monitor utilities usage.
• Oversee agency supervision and ensure quality work.
• Manage the property’s Facebook page and tenant communications.
