SM Supermalls in Mandaluyong seeks a Property and Tenant Relations Lead to supervise housekeeping and facility management across the commercial area, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and orderliness per company standards. You will coordinate with property managers, LGU requirements, and third-party contractors.

The role covers house rules, accounts management, utility monitoring, and tenant relations from construction to pre-opening, billing, and ensuring compliance for POS and CCTV installations.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in property, hotel, or restaurant settings or property management or tenant relations.
• Technical or engineering background is a plus.
• College graduate (HRM, management or engineering preferred).
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office; strong oral and written communication.
• Capable of high-quality work with minimum supervision; adaptable to a flexible schedule.

Mansioni

• Housekeeping & sanitation of the property by scheduling and confirming housekeeping activities across common areas, offices, and facilities.
• Facility management by conducting checks on building facilities.
• Safety audits and ensuring customer and tenant safety; act as Safety Officer.
• Coordinate with LGU for events and third-party contractors; monitor utilities usage.
• Agency staff supervision; ensure quality of work and overtime timekeeping.
• Handle the Facebook page for property operations updates.
• Construction management: turnover of area; ensure timely submission of pre-con requirements and inspections.
• Tenant relations: pre-opening rules, accounts management, and billing for charges; ensure POS/CCTV installations compliant.
