SM Supermalls is seeking a property/commerce area manager to supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and tenant relations across the commercial area, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and orderly operations. The role involves coordinating with property managers, managing accounts, and overseeing contractors to meet company standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in property/hospitality settings and a technical background is a plus, with a college degree and proficient MS Office skills.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in property, hotel, or restaurant settings, property management, or tenant relations.
• Engineering or technical background is a plus.
• Candidate must be a college graduate (HRM/management/engineering preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and spoken communication.
• Willing to work with minimum supervision and flexible schedule.

Mansioni

• Commercial area management including housekeeping and sanitation of common areas and facilities.
• Conduct facility management with physical and visual checks of building facilities.
• Perform safety audits and act as Safety Officer for the commercial area.
• Coordinate with LGU on events and third-party contractor requirements.
• Monitor utilities consumption of tenants.
• Supervise agency personnel and ensure quality work.
• Manage the property's Facebook page.
• Construction management: precon meetings and turnover; oversee progress and compliance.
• Pre-opening management: house rules and pre-opening requirements.
• Accounts management: monthly AUR, collections, cashier posting, handoffs to Leasing/Legal as needed.
• Billing management: encode and bill chilled water charges and other charges.
• Oversee POS and CCTV installations and housekeeping standards.
• Attend operational concerns of tenants.
