Job summary

SM Supermalls seeks a property management professional to supervise maintenance across our commercial areas, ensuring upkeep of amenities, utilities and equipment. You will manage tenancy-related activities and interact with property managers and residents to uphold safety, cleanliness and orderliness across the property.

The role requires at least 2 years in property/hotel/tenant relations, a college degree (HRM/management/engineering preferred), and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in property, hotel, or restaurant settings, property management, or tenant relations.
• College graduate with preference for HRM, management or engineering field.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications with good oral and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping and sanitation of the property, including common areas and facilities.
• Facility management by conducting checks on building facilities and safety audits.
• Interact with property managers and tenants; oversee tenancy-related rules and accounts.
• Coordinate with LGU for events and report requirements; monitor utilities consumption.
• Oversee accounts and billing for services and maintain tenant relations.
