Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a capable Commercial Area Manager to supervise maintenance, ensure safety and cleanliness, and manage tenant relations across a commercial property. The role involves coordinating with property managers, agencies, and stakeholders to meet company standards for safety and orderliness.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, facility checks, safety audits, utilities monitoring, and accounts management for tenants, along with construction turnover and pre-opening activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property, hotel, or restaurant setting, property management, or tenant relations.
• Technical or engineering background is a plus.
• College graduate (preferably HRM, management or engineering course).
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications, good in oral and written skills.
• Can perform with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work on flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• COMMERCIAL AREA MANAGEMENT: Housekeeping & sanitation of the property by scheduling, arranging and confirming housekeeping activities; facility management by checking building facilities; safety audits to ensure customer/tenant safety; coordination with LGU for events; monitor utilities consumption; supervise agency personnel and ensure quality work; manage social media page for the property.
• TENANT RELATIONS (COMMERCIAL AREA): Construction management including precon meetings and turnover; pre-opening rules; accounts management and billing; oversee POS and CCTV installations; ensure property housekeeping standards; address tenant operational concerns.
