Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Content Manager in Taguig to own the content planning and execution across social and pureplay commerce channels.

You will develop content for the digital shopper journey, manage assets, and optimize performance with a strong focus on GMV, engagement, and brand guidelines.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience in content production and eCommerce, with familiarity in Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in relevant field.
• Experience with content production at scale with performance objectives (GMV or sales).
• Familiarity with commerce business cadence and platform JBPs (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
• Exposure to brand marketing through affiliates, KOLs and creators.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for digital and social shopper touchpoints (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
• Lead content planning & workflow for TikTok Short Video programming.
• Develop and deliver affiliate briefing and content programs.
• Own the Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool and manage product information.
• Monitor and measure performance of digital assets.
